Heart Disease

Heart Disease
It's America's number one killer. But it shouldn't be. It doesn't deserve to be. Heart disease kills more men and women in this country than any other cause, but many of us can effectively escape its deadly clutch. How? Careful attention to lifestyle. Don't smoke-or quit if you do. Get physical-not only to strengthen your heart and arteries but to reduce stress, which also contributes to heart disease. And eat foods that are rich-not in fat-but in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and complex carbohydrates.
