Lean Meats
Buy only Lean Meats. Among meats, choose fish first, then skinless poultry, game meats such as venison, low fat cuts of beef (buy choice or select grades rather than prime and choose from round, sirloin, or loin), lean pork (tenderloin), and lean ham (beware the high salt content though).
