Peanuts Chocolate

Peanuts Chocolate
Several studies have found that peanuts seem to neutralize acids in the mouth. Researchers note that fats in peanuts, chocolate, and other foods coat the teeth, protecting them from acid, and may also kill germs in the mouth. (It certainly sounds like one of the better candy choices-for your teeth, if not your waistline-might be chocolate-covered peanuts.) Dentists say that crude fiber, found mainly in raw fruits and vegetables, helps clear acid-forming carbohydrates out of the mouth quickly.
