The nutrition numbers listed on the Nutrition Facts label are based on one serving in the Serving Size shown. If your serving size differs, adjust the nutrition numbers up to down. Look carefully at the number of Servings Per Container. Sometimes a small package that looks loke a convenient single serving actually contains more than one serving. (This is a little trick that food manufacturers use to keep those calorie count down; don't let yourself be fooled.)
To keep your weight in balance, look carefully at the number of Calories in each serving. The number of Calories from Fat are already included in the total Calories.
