Keep a Food Dairy.Write down what you eat and when you eat it. Review your entries, checking for common triggers listed in this blog. Not whether you get a headache within several hours of eating a certain food.

Since low blood sugar can trigger a headache, keep your blood sugar steady with small, frequent meals, containing protein. Eat at regularly scheduled times.
