Know Your Best Calcium Sources. Even with the best of intentions, not everyone can eat dairy products. And not everyone likes them. The good news is that dairy products are not the only sources of calcium. You can also get a good supply of calcium from bread and other calcium-enriched grain products; any fish with the bones left in (think canned sardines and salmon); broccoli, kale, bok choy, and other greens; seeds and nuts; and legumes (peas and beans). And don't forget that calcium-fortified orange juice that often sits close to milk in the dairy case.
