Foods high in potassium include apricots, peaches, prunes, oranges, cantaloupe, potatoes, lima beans, stewed tomatoes, sweet potatoes, spinach, winter squash, catfish, lean pork, lean veal, cod, flounder, trout, skim milk, and yougurt.
