Stop Caffeine
To much caffeine can contribute to the feeling of being out of control. "You're put on a cycle of going up but then coming down."

If you're depressed, it's best of limit or entirely stop your caffeine intake. Don't stop your caffeine intake cold turkey because you're likely to suffer a withdrawal headache. The best way to wean yourself off caffeine is gradually. Reduce the number of cups of coffee, tea, or soda by one or two a day until you're totally off caffeine.
