For years, Helen blamed her Sunday afternoon bouts of indigestion on the eggs Benedict her husband made her for breakfast. The recipe was heavenly, but by 1 o'clock Helen would feel anything but. She'd develop a sharp pain in the upper right side of her abdomen, but because the pain rarely lasted more than an hour or so, she never thought to consult her doctor. Until, that is, one Sunday when things got a bit more severe.
