Feel Comfortable

Feel Comfortable
Occasionally using caffeine to avert headaches works best if you cut it out from the rest of you diet and don't use it on a daily basis, doctors say. Experts at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, suggests a program to reduce your dependence on coffee. The idea is to taper off over a couple of weeks. Don't just quit suddenly. Cut back by one cup every few days until you feel comfortable. Or mix regular and decaf to dilute the amount of caffeine and gradually increase the ratio of decaf to caffeine.
