Safflower Oil

Safflower Oil
Try Safflower oil. A special type of fat called linoleic acid, found in safflower oil, might help reduce PMS symptoms.

Although poorly understood, it seems that linoleic acid might help regulate hormone like compounds called prostaglandins that cause some of the abdominal bloating and breast discomfort associated with PMS. One or 2 tablespoons of safflower oil in the daily diet would supply enough linoleic acid to meet your body's needs, without jeopardizing your low fat dietary goals.
