Caffeinated Beverages
Replace your caffeinated beverages with the following: decaffeinated coffee or tea, herbal teas, hot water with a lemon wedge, broth, or warm cider.

Better yet, instead of a coffee break, try an exercise break. A quick walk outside-or around the office-is better than another cup of coffee or tea. Exercise, even moderate amounts, raises self-esteem and gives you an energy boost.
