High Fat Foods

High Fat Food
Eat more foods that are high in starch and fiber. These include vegetables, fruits, breads, and cereals instead of high fat foods. High fiber foods not only keep your cholesterol in check, but they also help you feel more full, so you're not as hungry. And don't forget to pare down the amount of food you eat smaller portions mean smaller waistlines.
