Perhaps you've heard that you should avoid all vegetables in the nightshade family (potatoes, sweet peppers, tomatoes, eggplant). Or that you should drink a mixture of apple-cider vinegar and honey once a day. There are a lot of dietary recommendations out there aimed at people who are desperate to find some relief from the pain and inflammation of this condition. Do any of them really work?
Although there's no medical evidence to support any of these perticular claims, in some cases a diet change can help with arthritis.
